THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I RECEIVED AT MERCEDES COMPLETE WAS EXCEPTIONAL BY ANY STANDARD. THE GUYS THERE TOOK GREAT CARE TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH MY VEHICLE AND WORKED WITH ME TO ENSURE THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED IN THE MOST ECONOMICAL WAY AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is a company that prides itself in attention to detail. Their staff was exceptionally nice and patient with me. They took their time to explain exactly what was wrong with my Mercedes and what needed to be done prior to completing the work. They did a great job, were very quick, and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my Mercedes to the Dealer 3 times and they could not fix the problem. I took it to Mercedes Complete and they knew what the noise was right away and fixed in with in a couple hours. I could not believe what a great experience I had there!
